If your order is delivered to a European Union country, you have 14 days from the day you receive it to withdraw, without giving a reason. Copy the form below into an email to contact@thecoffeetamper.com and send it — that is all it takes.

You do not have to use this form. Any clear statement of your decision to withdraw is valid. The form exists so that you never have to wonder what to write, and so that your declaration is dated the day you send it.

What happens next

We acknowledge your withdrawal by email, without delay.
You send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. Return shipping costs you nothing on this site.
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, using the same payment method you used to order.

Where this applies

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to orders delivered to European Union countries. We currently deliver to 18 destinations, listed on our shipping page.

Wherever you are, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies on top of this and is more generous: it runs for 30 days rather than 14, and covers changing your mind for any reason.
